This meditation is filled with Light and Love! As you listen to it:

- Balance your entire being

- Balance your entire Chakra system, one by one.
- Purify your Chakras, one by one.
- Use as a standalone meditation.
- Use as a preparation for deeper meditations.
Divine Light will travel through all of your Chakras, in this order:
- Pituitary gland (forehead/third eye) (purple)
- Pineal gland (back of head) (indigo)
- Thyroid gland (throat center) (light blue)
- Testicles/Ovaries (Sacral / base chakra) (red)
- Abdomen/ Leyden (orange)
- Adrenal glands (Solar plexus) (yellow)
- Thymus gland (the Heart center) (green)
- Thyroid gland (throat center) (light blue)
- Pineal gland (back of head) (indigo)
- Pituitary gland (forehead) (purple)
