On July 24, 1973, Paul Solomon, a contemporary psychic, said this:
“Then understand that these bodies have been given as tools, as equipment, and [to] that man who would learn to control his vehicle, that man who would learn to drive the automobile with all its power, to harness this engine directed exactly to that place that he would want to go. See the analogy then. Understand the body in this way. You are a soul, having been placed in a vehicle on this plane to learn to deal with the laws of this plane. Then if you would spend all that energy that is given in pleasure, then what would you accomplish but pleasure?
If that energy, then, is directed for a purpose, then what would be your purpose, what wouldst thou accomplish? What would you name? What could you name? Would you heal the sick? Would you raise the dead? Would you build cities? Would you move mountains?…”
Many of us get so frustrated with ourselves, especially in the area of sexuality. Your sex energy is the beginning of your Qi, or Energy Flow. It can be used for pleasure, or it can be channeled for a higher purpose. The question is, How can we physically do this? I would like to share a practical way.
First of all, meditation will increase vitality/Qi, but sometimes the energy is not raised to higher centers. This can make it more difficult, but with practice and persistence, deep meditation will open your body to higher state of consciousness that will allow a more Spiritual flow of energy in your life. Your energy can then be channeled towards whatever your Spiritual desire or purpose (see below). You must have PURPOSE in the channeling.
That being said, I would like to share a practical strategy for channeling energy.
Step 1. Acknowledge.
Acknowledge how you feel. Speak it out loud. This exercise is liberating and gives yourself a sense of freedom that puts YOU back in control of what you want to do with yourself. You must be willing to be honest with yourself, be honest about how you feel, about what you want, even about your fantasies. I am not saying to go into it and start thinking about it and fantasizing, No. I am saying to just acknowledge that you would want to do that. Say it out loud. Try it for one minute before reading on.
Step 2. Accept.
Accept yourself as you are. Accept how you are feeling as your current reality. You can’t channel the energy while you fight it. It is there and it is yours. Say it aloud, “I accept myself for who I am. I accept that I feel ____________, and I accept that I feel _________________” Try it for one minute before reading on.
Step 3. Embrace.
Embrace your energy, with gratitude. Say it aloud, with energy, say “Thank You (God) that you have given me Spiritual energy that is now up to me to acknowledge, accept, and embrace; Thank you for this energy that you have blessed me with. Thank you for this strength for which I can use to build, to be creative and constructive. Thank you that I can choose to channel this energy to be a blessing to other people. Thank you.”
Step 4. Choose.
This step is crucial. Now it is time to choose. What do I want to do with this energy? For what PURPOSE will I use it? When you decide, you will simply say it out loud. You can also use your choice in your meditation. It is a very personal choice, but I will try to give you an idea of what you can choose from. Generally, anything that is positive, creative, constructive, and a service to humanity.
Examples:
Love Relationship. Choosing to think of the other person; plan a trip, buy a gift, plan a project to do together, making her laugh, cooking a meal, planning a romantic evening or date.
Making others laugh.
Non-sexual physical affection, like hugs, holding hands, tickling.
Dancing, learning a new type of dance with lessons or a video. Practice! How will you bless others through it?
Music. Refining your musical skills, with discipline. Or picking up a new instrument/voice to learn.
Work. Build your work skills. Organize your workplace. Think of ways to be more productive. Not just working a lot so it can be a distraction, but actively and creatively building your business and/or your skills, to offer something more/better as a service to humanity.
Healing. Taking up the healing arts, any health field occupation. Hands-On therapy allows direct transfer of healing energy through the hands. So manipulation, massage, physical therapy. In nursing and other healing arts, there is compassion and skill building for blessing others.
Organizing. Organize your work, your home, your family, your paperwork, your computer. Being organized helps you to be more productive, and leads to you being more free to serve and bless others.
Build. Build a new business. For profit or non-profit. What is needed in society? Locate a need, and fill it.
Create. Create business, art, music, videos.
Skills. Learn a new skill. How can you use it to bless others? Practice. Refine it. Use discipline, persistence, and consistence.
Politics. Where is there a need in your city, county, state, country, or the world? Fill that need!
Philanthropy. Find a need in your community, or anywhere in the world, and go fill it! Don’t worry too much about what it is; just let your heart guide you, and pick something.
So, again, once you make that choice, say it out loud, and use it in your meditation. By simply making that decision to channel your energy that certain way, it will start to naturally occur. Make that decision, and say it out loud.
Many blessings to you, and may God bless others, through you, and in doing so, let’s change the world.
