This 8 Week Program will become a foundation for you as an Actor.
I will teach you how to conquer stress, deeply and permanently, from the root!
As you do that, you will have those “stresses” and emotions to use in character, anytime!
We will work together, through dialogue, to find your deepest and truest emotions. In that process, you will do two things:
- You will find your storehouse of emotion to be able to use, at will, anytime, whenever you need it while in character.
- You will deal with those emotions and experiences in a new way- not only getting to know your self, but TRANSCENDING self, so that when you are not in character, you can live a deeply peaceful life.
In the first 4 weeks, you will:
- Have a foundation set for proper breathing, acceptance, letting go, clearing the mind, and feeling and clearing emotions fully.
- Understand the difference between being in and out of character.
- More peacefulness in daily life.
- Deeper emotion while in character.
- Unafraid to experience deep emotion while in character.
- Unafraid to feel and experience emotions in relationships.
- Higher awareness of “true love,” or compassion, in real life relationships.
- Ability to more quickly and easily get into character.
In the second 4 weeks:
- We will deepen and strengthen all of the results named above.
- We will strengthen areas of weakness.
- We will delve deeper into the ability to Love in real life.
- We will learn more about devotion to Love.
- We will continue to explore the actors past emotional experiences, creating more tools for the actor to draw from, and transcending those experiences to create more peace for the actor.

We will do this using honest, emotional dialogue, and by learning practical, usable spiritual strategies.

This program will help you CONQUER STRESS AND ANXIETY, and LIVE A HAPPIER LIFE by understanding, deeply, the difference between being in CHARACTER and living in REAL LIFE, or REALITY, in a state of peace and calm. After the understanding is there, and you are able to recognize and feel reality/peace, you will be able to delve deep into character FEARLESSLY, and be able to come back to that peaceful state of mind AT WILL. You will be able to exaggerate- naturally- the tendencies of REACTIVITY and EMOTION, without forcing the issue (or “acting”), because you will recognize what IT IS, and be willing to be there, knowing that you are completely able to return to that state of deep peace and calm, nearly instantly.
The characters and emotions to work on may be any of the following:
1. Something related to an upcoming gig or audition.
2. Something the actor is currently struggling with in his personal life.
3. A past experience that the actor has blocked and has not fully accepted and moved through, or any past experiences.
By experiencing the emotions and reactivity of these different experiences, you will not have to continuously re-live the past. On the contrary, you will have fully felt and experienced your emotions and your experiences, and in so doing will feel closure about those things. You will then create a storehouse of memory and emotion that you can draw upon at any time. And you will access those things FEARLESSLY and FULLY, because you will have the discernment of knowing exactly what acting is NOT, and you will be able to feel that deep peace and Love in your Heart when you are not acting.
As a special bonus, you will receive a 10 minute meditation that will move through, balance, and purify all of the Chakras (Spiritual Centers) in your body. Moreover, I will coach you with strategies to make it super easy to listen to it daily.
By doing this meditation, you will be more balanced and relaxed. You will have a deeper sense and access to your heart and the storehouse of memory and emotion that is there. And you will be more aware of your greater, deeper, higher self, making it more natural to Realize Reality, the Now, and Divine Love.
