Pre-Sleep
When you lay down to go to sleep, there is about 10 minutes when you are not fully awake, but have not fallen asleep yet. During this time, you are in a “Pre-Sleep” state. Your subconscious mind is very open, and will listen to whatever you tell it. So it is a wonderful opportunity for you to tell yourself positive things.
You should take this very seriously. You can change the words around in any way you like, and you can do this with ANY AND EVERY ISSURE YOU HAVE IN YOUR LIFE (physical, mental, or spiritual). The key point that you must remember is to make sure that you ONLY TELL YOURSELF POSITIVE THINGS. If you say anything negative, it can really have a bad effect on your mind.
– I recommend recording your voice on a cassette tape, using very loving, soft tones, and playing the tape back every night as you fall asleep.
– I recommend doing this every single night, before you fall asleep. It is a very powerful tool we have to improve ourselves.
