If I don’t do this seated series of stretches everyday, my back hurts. It’s the set of stretches I’m most consistent with. Since I love it so much, I made a video for you.
It helps open up your entire spine, but I do it for my upper-back pain. It will also help your lower back.
When I finish, I usually do neck stretches. To become consistent with your stretching program, you need to pick a time to do it everyday. Start with one minute per day, maybe right when you wake up in the morning. Keep it simple, and enjoy.
